Who we are

This site and the transport service are run by Miniveni (miniveni.com): our own minivans with our own drivers in Georgia. Miniveni decides how your data is used and is responsible for it.

What we collect

• Your contact details: name, phone number, the way you want us to answer (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or a call), your Telegram username if you give it, and your e-mail if you add it.
• Your trip: the type of trip, places and addresses, stops, dates and times, a return trip, the flight number, the day plan, the number of adults, the children's ages and child seats, luggage, the van and extras you chose, the driver's language and special needs (for example skis, a stroller, a wheelchair or a pet). We use these details only to plan your trip.
• Your comment, the language of the site and the price estimate the site showed you.
• How you reached us: ad and campaign tags (UTM parameters), the click ids that Google and Facebook add to their ad links (gclid, fbclid), the referring site and the page you first opened.
• Your IP address and your browser's user agent (browser and device type), stored with the request to protect the form from spam and abuse.
• The time of the request and the version of the consent you gave.

Why we use it

To price, organise and carry out your trip and to contact you about it. The ad tags only tell us which campaigns bring requests.

We use your data because you asked for a trip and agreed to it in the form. We don't sell it and don't use it for anything else.

Who receives it

• The driver assigned to your trip: your name, phone, the pick-up details, the group and the special needs the trip requires.
• Our infrastructure: the database runs on our own server; Cloudflare runs the website, the network and our e-mail forwarding. They process the data only to run this service.
• Google (Gmail): each new request is announced to us by e-mail, with your name, phone and the trip details.
• WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram or Viber: only if you choose that channel; our messages to you about the trip then go through that service, under its own privacy terms.
• Google and Meta (Facebook): if you came from one of their ads, we may report that the ad brought a request, identified only by the click id of your visit (never your name, phone or e-mail), so they can measure the ad.
• Public authorities, only when Georgian law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for 24 months. After that your personal details (name, phone, e-mail, comment, IP address, browser and ad data) are deleted or anonymised automatically. If you ask, we erase them earlier, unless the law requires us to keep accounting records longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or erase it, or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@miniveni.com or call / WhatsApp +995 555 21 11 99. You can also complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service (pdps.ge).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Plausible, a cookie-less analytics tool on our own server; it never records your name, phone or other personal data. The fonts come from our own site, not from Google.

Your browser keeps the ad tags of your visit and an unsent draft of the form (session storage) until you close the tab.
