Terms of service

Booking

• You send a request on the site, on WhatsApp or by phone. A request is not a booking and costs nothing.
• We check a free van and driver and send you the final price, usually within 15–30 minutes (09:00–22:00 Tbilisi time; later requests the next morning). The trip is booked when you accept the price.
• The day before the trip you get the driver's name and phone, the van and its plate.

Prices

• Prices on the site are estimates for the whole van. The price we confirm on WhatsApp (or the channel you chose) is the price of the trip.
• Included: the driver and fuel, road tolls, water, the free waiting time, short photo stops and child seats.
• Not included: entrance tickets, meals and guides, the driver's room and meals on overnight tours, and long extra waiting (agreed with you).
• A return trip costs two one-way prices; extra stops, transfers with a pick-up between 00:00 and 06:00 and groups that need more than one van cost more, as the price guide shows.

Payment

No prepayment. You pay the driver on the day of the trip, in cash (GEL, USD or EUR at the driver's rate of the day) or by card.

Changes and cancellation

• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Just write to us.
• You can change the trip at any time if a van is free. If the change affects the price, we confirm the new price before the trip.
• If your plans change at the last minute, tell us as soon as possible.

Waiting time and delays

• At airports the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign; the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Give us your flight number and we follow the flight.
• At other addresses the driver waits 20 minutes for free.
• Waiting beyond the free time is agreed with you.
• In winter (November to April) snow can close the mountain passes for some hours. Our vans have winter tyres and chains; if a time must move, we tell you and plan a new time with you.

Group, luggage and children

• We choose the van for the people and luggage in your request. Tell us the real number of passengers, suitcases, skis, strollers and other big items; if there are more than in the request, they may not fit and a bigger van may be needed.
• Child seats (infant seats, child seats and boosters) are free on request: give the children's ages in the request and we bring the right seats.
• Tell us about special needs (for example a wheelchair, skis or a pet) in the request so we can plan for them.
• Driver's language: all our drivers speak Georgian and Russian, many speak English. We assign a driver who speaks the language you chose when we can, and tell you before the trip.

Liability

Our drivers hold the licence category their van needs and know the mountain roads. Our liability for the trip is limited to what Georgian law requires.

Complaints

If something went wrong, write to us on WhatsApp or to info@miniveni.com: the owner reads every complaint and answers the same day.
